Atmo
and Bharti - 'Love Is Wild'

|
Atmo
and Bharti are singer-songwriters who travel the world together,
performing original contemporary folkrock and facilitating meditation
and
personal growth workshops.
'Love
Is Wild' - their first recording together - is a collection of
love songs composed by Atmo with production and additional composition
by Bharti
and
wonderfully crunchy electric rhythm and lead guitar support by
Anuvida.
Each
of the twelve songs have been conceived in love affairs,
inspired by the longing for union with the special beloveds outside
- and the mystical lover inside all of us.
|
Bharti
has thirty years experience playing and recording with a truly
international circle of friends in Australia, Europe, UK,
USA, India, Taiwan and Mexico.
He plays guitar, bass and dilruba (Indian violincello) and
is the founder, producer and 'fire spirit' of numerous bands,
including Los Bobos Cosmicos (one world dance), Saffron Moon
(east-west fusion), and the capitali$ts (soundscapes for video).
Born
in Australia, his art draws inspiration from an eclectic global
vision as Indian, Oriental, Middle Eastern, African and Latin
rhythms melt into Western harmonies and arrangements, encompassing
deeply soulful instrumentals, joyous pumping rock songs and
much more.
Meditation
and celebration are lovingly holding hands within this gifted
artist of life.
|
Atmo
has been singing and playing guitar to her heart's delight
since early childhood.
Through
this she discovered meditation, the soothing disappearance
of self while simply singing totally, allowing words and sounds
to flow miraculously into melodies and rhymes all by themselves,
uniting the singer with the song.
Her
songs invite you into the warm, intimate climate of an open,
loving heart, riding the wave of our longing to feel whole
and in harmony with existence.
Born
in Germany, she conducts guided tours through India in addition
to leading Osho meditation workshops and heart dance events
internationally.
|
Both
disciples of Osho, their work together is
dedicated to his vision of a whole human being.
When
Bharti and Atmo met,
a man and a woman met,
a lover and a beloved met,
a wild one and a tender one met,
and a musician and a poetess met....
...out of this meeting what else could happen but
Tantra Songs.
